Herman Bin Abd Latiff is an accomplished Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor with over 40 years of industry experience. He holds a degree from South Dakota State University, USA, and has dedicated his career to the development and execution of hydropower, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects across Malaysia and internationally, including Thailand, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Before establishing MSV, Herman was actively involved in Multi Skilled Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (MSESB), a CIDB Grade G7 contractor operational since 1996. As a former Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) executive, he played a pivotal role in the research and development of small hydropower projects — personally leading the assessment, design, and implementation of over 40 small hydropower sites across Malaysia, contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions in the country.

As Chairman, Herman oversees project execution, ensures compliance with client requirements, maintains project schedules, and upholds contract specifications. His leadership continues to drive MSV's growth as a key player in hydropower and clean energy development — contributing significantly to nation-building and Malaysia's renewable energy future.

Born on 22 February 1985, he is a Malaysian national recognized for his strong technical expertise and leadership in hydropower feasibility studies, construction supervision, power plant maintenance, and site management.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the Infrastructure University of Kuala Lumpur (IUKL), where he developed a solid foundation in structural design, project coordination, and hydropower project management. Over the years, he has been deeply involved in multiple hydropower and civil infrastructure projects, contributing to both the planning and execution stages.

As a Director at MSV, Mohd Fuad is responsible for overseeing the company's project operations, managing coordination between engineering teams, and ensuring that all projects are executed in line with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. He plays a vital role in strategic planning and decision-making, particularly in projects related to renewable energy and hydropower development. Throughout his career, Mohd Fuad has demonstrated exceptional capability in site coordination and construction management — most notably through his involvement in the development of a 12MW hydropower plant in Gua Musang, Kelantan, where he led the site coordination and pre-feasibility studies.
